The June week is the one advertised in this listing as far as pricing. It is $630 + tax (for the full 7 night stay—no additional charges)**with a view of the courtyard

2009 dates:June 6th to June 13th
The December weeks are $1102.50 + tax (for the full 7 night stay—no additional charges)**with an oceanview.
2007: December 15th to December 22nd or December 29th to January 5th
2008: December 13th to December 20th or December 27th to January 3rd
2009: December 12th to December 19th or December 26th to January 2nd
